I come here Monday-Friday at 2-230 and I absolutely love the staff here Nala and Ray are so great! They know my car my name my favorite drink even if Starbucks could complete with this level of customer service there’s no way they can compete with the product! My bosses at work rave over the beach bliss extra sweet! Thanks badass

My family and I had a fantastic experience at Bad Ass Coffee in McKinney, and Savannah absolutely stood out. From the moment we walked in, Savannah and her team were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. What impressed me most was how graciously they interacted with my elderly father. Like many proud veterans of life, he had to share stories about the time he lived in Hawaii, and instead of rushing him along, they listened with smiles and genuine interest. That level of patience and kindness says a lot about a person and a team. It was also obvious that Savannah was conducting training while we were there. She clearly knew her craft, led with confidence, and did an excellent job teaching while still keeping service running smoothly. It’s not easy to balance both, but she made it look effortless. As for the coffee, the Pistachio Cooler Savannah made for me was outstanding—easily one of the best specialty coffee drinks I’ve had in a long time. It was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and absolutely worth ordering again. Great coffee, great leadership, and even better customer service. We’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I enjoy their coffee. However, today I was a bit shocked. The lady at the drive thru with beautiful freckles asked if I wanted to tip today. I told her not at this time. Mind you I usually tip 15%. I was just running a bit low on cash so I chose not to this time. She didn’t face the card reader towards me. She was sneaky enough to face it towards her as she asked me this question. I’ve never had a cashier do that. My total was $20.00 and some cents. She added a $2.00 tip without my consent. I called the manager and informed them that she stole from me. Unfortunately, this does not look good for the business.

This place used to be really good!! However, the last two times I was here, the lattes were awful!! They have a new woman making them, and there is NO foam?!!! Wth! 😡 It is literally hot coffee. For the latte price, i could have simply asked for coffee w hot milk. Seriously. The photos are from two separate visits, a week apart…. No foam! This is absolutely disappointing! The other woman who used to make them doesn’t anymore, idk where she went. Yall need to get her back please! You all need to get a different barista who actually cares about the coffee they make. And not someone who looks at you like you are an imposition the minute you walk in the door. What happened?? I used to love this spot.

Delicious! This coffee is strong 💪 I actually first tried them in Florida and had no idea they had any closer until a recent trip to Texas. Long wait even though I ordered online, but it was worth it. Favorite thing about them — iced coffee cubes! No more watered down coffee.
